You visited a few times and I would appreciate your thoughts on this post, why not comment?

These statistics are all for short stories, poems, or contest entries. Book reviews are not included.

  1. Sales in September: 1
  2. Rejections in September: 2
  3. Submissions sent out in September: 0
  4. Total stories/poems pending responses: 1

Did you see my published Flash Fiction piece yet?  It was in the September issue of The Shine Journal.  You can read “The Monster Under The Bed” here in the Twinklings archives.

I was going to give up on my drabble that’s been under consideration for 216 days at one market until the other day when I found out they are still looking at items from over 300 days ago.  So I’ll keep it there a bit longer.

This month I was busy with Book Blogger Appreciation Week, The Writer Mama Back to School Giveaway, and trying to post here more often.  October is going to be busy for me as well since I have a vacation out of town and preparation for NaNoWriMo.  I have to get more submissions out between now and November when I’ll working on my next novel.  If I thought I was a planner before, well, October and November are going to put me to the test!

  1. Totally unrelated to your post at all, but I tagged you on a meme thing at http://www.rhondaparrish.com (I also posted the same post on my erotica-writing blog).

My feelings won’t be hurt in the least if you chose not to continue the meme, but I wanted to let you know about the link just the same :)
