Another Book Giveaway for Book Blogger Appreciation Week!

In appreciation of book bloggers, Rhonda Lee has provided an electronic copy of her book, The Duchess, for a giveaway on my blog!

The Duchess was released earlier this month by Eternal Press.  It is presently the third bestselling Eternal Press item on Fictionwise.  You can preview Chapter 1 to see if this erotica book will be to your liking.  It’s received a good review at Redrosesforauthors and has been rated highly on Fictionwise.  Next month, Rhonda Lee will presenting with some of the other Eternal Press authors at The Muse Online Writers Conference.

When her husband travels the countryside, the duchess makes the decision to have some fun while she’s away from his control.  The duke is able to do as he pleases because of his station and the times they live in; naturally this includes sampling the affections of the farm girls and bar maids.  She’s stuck in a loveless marriage that doesn’t appear to give her more than pretty clothes and a big castle.  From Chapter 1 I think it’s fair to say the duchess is smart, calculating and not very kind to others.  I don’t know if she’s going to gain a heart or find love before the end of the book but I’m sure she’s going to enjoy her sexual mischief.

Don’t get this book confused with the movie of the same name starring Keira Knightley, Ralph Fiennes and Charlotte Rampling.  The material is different!

This giveaway is open to any email address.  You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the ebook.  Simply leave a comment that you’re interested in this book between now and 11:59:59pm EST on 9/21/08.  The random number generator will pick the winner.  Good luck!

  1. Thank you for allowing me to donate a copy of The Duchess for Book Blogger appreciation week 🙂

The movie with the same name was just a happy surprise, I wrote The Duchess for NaNo several years ago — funny that it got released the same month as the Keira Knightley movie 🙂

  2. I bet the duchess has a really very interesting journey that is for sure.
Being in a loveless marriage I would hope that she would find love.

  3. Hmmm….this one sounds very interesting. Never heard of this author before and I read a lot of ebooks. Thanks for exposing me to this author!
