This week I received a copy of The Borgia Betrayal: A Novel by Sara Poole from St. Martin’s Press for review. Francesca Giordano, the court poisoner for Pope Alexander VI, must find out who is behind the plot to unseat the pope. This is a sequel to Poison which was released last year featuring the same characters.
What arrived in your mailbox this week?
“Fancy Nancy” by Jane O’connor & Robin Preiss Glasser and “Alice and Greta” by Steven J. Simmons & Cyd Moore. These were actually gifts for other people, chosen by my four-year-old. They’re two of her favorite books.
