My find this week was Dark Oracle<\/em> by <\/strong>Alayna Williams<\/strong><\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 I bought it with some of my birthday money.\u00c2\u00a0 Alayna Williams is a pseudonym for Laura Bickle.\u00c2\u00a0 She’s\u00c2\u00a0a local author and Dark Oracle was what she wrote for the 2008 NaNoWriMo.\u00c2\u00a0 I met her at\u00c2\u00a0the 2009\u00c2\u00a0NaNoWriMo kick-off meeting and \u00c2\u00a0then again at the Ohioana\u00c2\u00a0Book Festival in May.\u00c2\u00a0 The heroine of Dark Oracle<\/em>is a former criminal profiler who used tarot cards in her work.\u00c2\u00a0 Now she’s asked to find a missing scientist.<\/p>\n
